High School

Personalized teaching geared towards reaching the goals and academic results of this stage

We offer personalized teaching, reduced groups and individualized monitoring by the teachers to obtain the desired academic results and goals.

We prepare the students to face educational and professional challenges and help them become responsible adults: We encourage participative classes, lab practice, team work and oral presentations in order for students to become the protagonists of their own learning process.

At Hélicon all four branches of high school specializations are available: Arts, Science, Humanities and Social Sciences. With a wide range of both core subjects and electives. In the first year of the Spanish Baccalaureate (the equivalent to junior year in High School) the Innova Hélicon project has been implemented in order to improve innovation, performance, capacities and competences of the students; each student also receives an iPad. We are the only school of the southern area of Madrid that has availability of the arts baccalaureate, which allows access to numerous degrees, more so than those purely from the arts curriculum, and offers many professional alternatives.
